The official Team # for the ARS Technica contribution to the Folding@Home distributed computing project is Team #14.  The team name is currently Team Egg Roll or TER.  And when you click on the TER links in this food court, the TER page shows team #14.

At one point, IronBits started up a F@H team using team # 9, called it Team Egg Roll.  This divided effort hurts both our teams rankings, and the longer this goes on, the more it hurts us because the F@H project policy is that teams can not be combined.  Once the points are submitted, the points are permanent.  So as you can see, the sooner this is corrected, the sooner the true ARS F@H team becomes that much more competative.

I have already had "Team # 14" added to the team logo that appears on both the Stanford Stats pages for Team #9 and Team #14. Hopefully, anyone active on Team #9 will see the new logo, and update their client settings for the correct team #.   And the next TER front page pimpage should mention this issue as well.
